Luca mainly deals with labour law, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to corporations and executives in relation to the main issues in the sector.

In particular, he handles the management and resolution of issues related to employment relationships, with a specific focus on accidents, disciplinary proceedings, and individual and collective dismissals.

He was admitted to the Milan Court of Appeal on 11 July 2025 and joined the L&A team in January 2025, after gaining experience at a Milanese boutique law firm specialising in employment law.

He is enrolled at the “Boneschi – Del Punta” National School of Advanced Training and Specialisation in Labour Law of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (XI Biennium 2025/2027).
