Marco provides legal assistance to the firm’s clients in the area of civil law, particularly commercial and banking law, advising banks and financial intermediaries in both extrajudicial and judicial phases.

He mainly deals with civil and banking litigation, with particular reference to leasing, factoring and credit assignment relationships.

Marco obtained his professional qualification from the Bari Court of Appeal in November 2020 and joined the L&A team in June 2023, after previous experience at a leading Milan law firm specializing in civil and banking law.
