Massimo Lupi

Massimo Lupi is the founder of the Firm.

For over 40 years he has been practicing law with great passion and predilection for labour law, also at an international level.

He is particularly specialized in foreign and international employment relations, transfer or secondment, restructuring and collective redundancy procedures, and agency relationships.

Massimo is considered an expert connoisseur of the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sector, in which he assists various Italian and multinational companies and groups, with particular reference to the scientific information of the drug.

He has also developed specific and recognized expertise in the law of financial intermediaries, in which he has assisted leasing and factoring companies, since the beginning of his career.

He works alongside his clients in the most complex extraordinary transactions, but also in the daily problems of business life and litigation.

After graduating in law, he completed his education with internships at law firms and training courses abroad, in France and in the USA, in particular at Whitman & Ransom LLC in NY (now Whitman Breed).

He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and qualified to advocacy at the Superior Courts.

He is the author of several publications in legal and specialized journals and of articles and contributions for the press.

He frequently participates in conferences, seminars, also abroad, and training events in the areas in which he carries out his activity.

He has been a speaker at the University of Parma – Faculty of Economics and Business, in various seminars on comparative labour law.

He was a member of the Legal Committee of the EUF Factoring Commercial Finance for Italy.

He is a member of the S.I.S.Co. (Italian Society of Insolvency Studies), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).
