Pierpaolo assists the firm’s clients in both litigation and non-litigation matters, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Specifically, he provides assistance not only on regulatory and compliance issues but also in the drafting and negotiation of standard industry contracts (ranging from clinical trials to licensing, production, and distribution of pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, cosmetics, etc.).

He also provides assistance in the area of financial law, with a particular focus on leasing agreements.

Pierpaolo also assists clients with labor law matters, both in and out of court, with a particular focus on managing and resolving labor issues related to foreign and international employment relationships, including transfers and secondments, as well as individual and collective dismissals.

He earned a degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Milan.

He joined the L&A team in February 2017, after gaining experience at another law firm based in Milan and at a pharmaceutical company involved in the development and testing of orphan drugs.

He was admitted to the bar in October 2018 and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
