Siria mainly deals with civil and commercial law, assisting clients in both judicial and extrajudicial matters.

After graduating in Law with a thesis on European Union law entitled ‘The digital transformation of the European Union: digital market and competition’, she completed an internship at the Technical Secretariat of the Banking and Financial Arbitrator at the Bank of Italy.

She joined the L&A team in September 2025, where she is currently practising law.

In November 2025, she obtained a master’s degree in ‘Economics, Law and Corporate Finance’, presenting a thesis on corporate crisis law dedicated to the role of shareholders in corporate crises.
